the front desk personnel, particularly muhammad, were very cute (i appreciate this a lot after a long trip). the location is very central, near shops and cafes. the pool was clean and had convenient access. the hotel provided everything i needed for a relaxing vacation.
the music from a nearby club was quite loud at night. (it stopped eventually, but was quite noticeable)

the hotel staff were helpful. the pools were clean and the water was warm (very relaxing!). the food offered enough variety and was of excellent quality. i was happy with my stay.
